If it’s your first time at Sloth Massage, I highly recommend booking the "First Time Massage" - a 45-minute session with an extra 10 minutes set aside just for you. We’ll take our time to discuss your pain points, preferences, and goals, so there’s no pressure or confusion. I’ll guide you through your options and help remove any stress around choosing the right massage. You just need to book and arrive. I’ll take care of the rest.

If you already know what you're looking for, or it’s not your first time visiting, you’re welcome to book your preferred session right away. I offer Sports, Classic, and Relaxation massages. Each massage type can be either 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes long. Each massage serves a different purpose, from deep recovery to gentle stress relief. If you're unsure about which one to choose, you can always reach out to me!

Once you arrive, you will be offered a choice from a selection of scented massage oils. If you do not like scented oils, or you know that you have allergies that could be triggered by them, let me know and I will use either an unscented massage cream or one of my neutral massage oils. You can choose whether you would like to have some relaxing/upbeat music, calming, natural-meditative sounds, or just silence. You are more than welcome to engage in a conversation with me, but it is also perfectly fine to just enjoy the experience without the need to engage in small talk. This experience is about what feels best for you.
